Delivery Information

All of our UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail second class recorded delivery and customers can expect to receive delivery within 7 – 14 days.

International orders are also sent using a recorded delivery service. Customers can expect to receive delivery within 7 – 14 days. Due to perfumes falling under Class 3 Dangerous Goods there can be unexpected custom delays out of our control that delay delivery. Any additional import duties must be covered by the customer.

Out Of Stock

Prepaid Out of Stock back orders are processed on the following re-stocking. This can range from 30-40 days.

Hazardous Materials Regulations

Perfumes fall under hazardous materials regulations which can extend normal customs procedures. Please allow sufficient time between order and delivery.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are only accepted on faulty or damaged goods. Please return the goods and proof of purchase to Distribution MX, First Floor, 86 Great Portland Road, Marylebone, LONDON W1W 7LT, England, within 14 days of delivery.
